Dr. Avraam (Avi) Fried,

Currently Avi is mainly into Board work. He is acting as the Chairman of OzVision Inc, as a board member of Green Power technologies Ltd and as a Board member for mSAFE Inc. Avi is also active as an investor through his fully owned company, Friedom holdings and Investments Ltd, and a joined investment company, Ad-Tec holdings and investments Ltd. Prior to his current activities Avi held active roles with high tech companies for over then 20 years. He used to be the CEO for mSAFE Inc, the General Manager for Avanti Corp in Europe, an Area director for Quickturn Inc., CSO manager for HP Israel, Country manager for Cadence design automation and Head of computer department in the Ordnance Corp/IDF. Avi studied in the Tel Aviv University towards his B.Sc., M.Sc. (with Honors) and P.hd.
 
 
 
Nehemia (Hemi) Zuker

CEO/President/COO at j2 Global Communications, Incorporated

Nehemia Zucker, became Co-President in April 2005 and Co-President and Chief Operating Officer in August 2005. From December 2000 to August 2005, Mr. Zucker served as Chief Marketing Officer. He served both as the Company's Chief Marketing Officer and its Chief Financial Officer from December 2000 through May 2003. From 1996 through December 2000, he served exclusively as j2 Global's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining j2 Global in 1996, Mr. Zucker was Chief Operations Manager of Motorola's EMBARC division, which packages CNBC and ESPN for distribution to paging and wireless networks. From 1980 to 1996, he held various positions in finance, operations and marketing at Motorola in the United States and abroad.
