Avi is primarily involved in board work, serving as a member of the board for Green Power technologies Ltd. and mSAFE Inc. He is also the acting Chairman of OzVision Inc., and is an active investor through his fully owned company Friedom Holdings and Investments Ltd, as well as a joined investment company, Ad-Tec holdings and Investments Ltd

Prior to his current activities Avi held active roles with hi-tech companies for more than 20 years. Previous positions include CEO for mSAFE Inc, General Manager for Avanti Corp in Europe, Area Director for Quickturn Inc., CSO Manager for HP Israel, Country Manager for Cadence Design Automation, and Head of the Computer Department in the Ordnance Corp/IDF.

Avi earned his B.Sc., M.Sc. (with Honors) and Ph.D., all from Tel Aviv University.

Hemi is j2 Global's Chief Executive Officer, responsible for all of the Company's operations and internal matters. He joined the co-founders of j2 Global in 1996, and served as the company's Chief Marketing Officer until May 2003. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining j2 Global, Hemi spent 16 years working in finance and operations at various divisions of Motorola, achieving aggressive goals by implementing strong financial and management systems resulting in increased growth in cash flow and market share.
