Appointed CEO of Celebros Inc. and Celebros Ltd. in 2007, Ofer brings with him over 15 years of experience, the majority of which has been spent founding successful companies such as Poly Information, a leading provider of Interactive Speech Response solutions to call centers, which was established in 2000 and taken public in 2006 (AIM: PLY). He is also the Founder of Ofer Consulting, providing management consulting services to hi-tech companies in development, and executing large software projects and large-scale client/server systems for worldwide customers including Amdocs, Convergys, Cyota, Mercury Interactive and Formula Group.

Ofer’s vision and strategic thinking are expressed in his hands-on management style at Celebros. As an experienced leader, he combines his intimate understanding of both the technical and business sides involved in creating value in companies and the solutions they sell.

Ofer has an Executive MBA (with Distinct Honors) from Bar-Ilan University and a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences, as well as a B.A. in Economics, both from Tel-Aviv University.

Melody directs Celebros’s sales activities in the North American market. She has an extensive background in Internet and Information Technologies that began with her tenure in the United States Air Force. Her diverse training and experience in Information Technology, Sales, and Marketing enable her to accurately identify industry needs and creatively design solutions.

In addition to a B.Sc. in Information Technology, Melody earned her M.B.A. in Technology Management, and expects to complete her Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership in 2008, all from the University of Phoenix.

Responsible for Celebros’ sales activities throughout Europe, Michael is a veteran sales and business development executive. His extensive experience in the global IT market includes over 20 years managing enterprise sales and distribution channel-building in Europe, North & South America, Asia, Australia and Africa.

Michael’s previous appointments include: Divisional VP at CA, one of the world's largest IT management software providers; Director of North American Sales at Flash Networks, a global leader in mobile data optimization; and European Regional Manager for Finjan Software, a global provider of real-time secure web gateway solutions for enterprise level protection.

As VP Customer Management at Celebros, Alon brings with him over 20 years professional experience in business development and general management in Israel and abroad. His previous positions include VP Development at Malam Systems, one of the biggest IT organizations in Israel; CEO at IFN Systems, a workflow/document management software house; and Branch Manager at In Xpert Systems, a successful system integration house.

Alon was a founding partner in TesCom – an Israeli software systems testing house, initially managing local operations and later responsible for international activities in the US, Europe, and Singapore.

Alon has an M.Sc. in Information Systems and Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Industrial and Management Engineering from the Technion -Israel Institute of Technology.

Roy directs Celebros’ extensive R&D activities. Having first joined Celebros as a programmer in 2002, he has since lead numerous projects within the company as Team Leader for Infrastructure, Team Leader for Analytics and System Architect.

Prior to his tenure at Celebros, Roy gained technical experience at Bezeq, Israel’s dominant telecommunication provider, and in the Israeli Army serving in an elite electronics division.

Roy has a B.Sc. in Computer Science (Honors) from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo and is currently completing an M.Sc. in Computer Science at the same institution.

As Vice President of Professional Services and a member of the executive management team, Arnon brings an abundance of experience in managing professional service organizations to Celebros.

Arnon has made a career of software development, training, implementation and service delivery in international companies for over 20 years. Most recently, he spent 12 years at Amdocs where his tenure included directing the service teams for international clients as diverse as British Telecom, Best Buy, Cingular, Vodafone, Nextel and more. Arnon’s focus at Celebros is on developing systems that make solution and services delivery a smooth process.
